President Hugo opened the meeting at 6.20 with the Rotary Affirmation. Pres Hugo welcomed everyone.

PP Peter Moore asked to say a few words to congratulate Pres Hugo on his year as President and presented him with new Chains of Office organized by PE Dennise.
Presidents Report. PP Hugo thanked every one for their support as his year comes to an end. He thanked everyone for coming to meetings during his year. District Assembly was very informative. Our Club Change over is 15th July to be possibly held at Wests Leagues Club.
PE Dennise reported on her recent trip to Singapore for the International conference. She met International Friends and served on the Sustainable Cambodia Stand. She did some training on how to use Club Runner. She enjoyed the Opening and Closing ceremonies and the New International President is inspiring. Next Year's Convention will be in Calgary. She is motivated for the coming year. She bought a new Rotary Brass bell and gavel to replace the one recently stolen.
PP Keith said he has an old gavel belonging a past President of our Club William Beard. .
Dennise will replace our old banner with new wording The Mens Shed went ahead and made a badge Box even though they were not authorized afetr PP Walter had donated one. They asked for a donation. To be decided but the Club will donate $50.00
Charlotte the koala was taken to Singapore and taken by Dennise's Rotary friend to Bombay Uptown Rotary Club in Mumbai India and will be raffled again to raise more funds for Polio Plus.
Directors and General Reports:
PP Keith reported on the successful Pride of Workmanship Awards. Attended by the District Governor. ( See separate report in Spoke) We had about 40 attending and presented 10 awards Raffle raised $365.00
He has organized the Bunnings BBQ for the 31st August.
Rob Whitney received applicants fro NYSF and Science Experience. We offer 50 % of the attendance Fee. Full fee is $ 2990.00 . Science Experience has had interest from Rosebank college. Offered 40% of fee up to four candidates. Fees to come from Keith Sandars Trust
Patricia Abraham reported on Eurella and future Fund raising. They only receive about 4% of their budget from NDIS and so must raise the rest through Grant and fund raising. Rotary has contributed some donations and contributed to the Sensory garden, upgrade to Kitchen, Sports and recreation Program, and other activities.
This year they will expand in there main areas including the Sensory Room for sensory development which is particularly important for profoundly disabled people.
Our Rotary Awards have been very well received by those who have been recognized by the POW awards and they would like to expand on these . .
Computer Hub for people with Complex needs. Expand ease of access and possibly virtual reality. .
Budgets have been done for each project which they will fund raise over time.
There was no Raffle tonight.
Pres Hugo closed the meeting and proceeded to the Board meeting at 7.23.
